TL;DR

Vaults is going to Production tomorrow morning — shipping with Phase 3 (Findability) + Phase 4 (file upload support). Bug fix merged, DB updated in prod and testnet. Offering feature ships disabled.
Curbstone's Headless Certification API was demoed today; testnet integration expected by Monday.
Vista AI V1 is fully tested. Leo is handing off to Kevin, who is preparing a preview environment. Production release expected next week. Scope and rollout decision needed tomorrow (Mar 20).

Sprint goal: Ship Vaults Phase 3 (Findability — global and vault-scoped search for ARCs with Draft/Certified badges) and Phase 4 (file upload support — users can store files directly inside a Vault) to Production, fully tested and free of blocking bugs.

Expected deliverable: Both phases live in Production by end of sprint.
